Basic Terms and Agreement for royalty free footage orders*: Upon placing your order you agree to the following terms in full: All sales are final on royalty-free footage. Defective materials will be replaced per terms. Any return will be subject to a $50.00 kill fee as we cannot resale masters once shipped.

*Complete footage licensing agreement for royalty free footage is available here. Charge backs on credit cards will be deemed as a non-payment and a serious violation of US Copyright laws as all footage must be paid for in full though out the entire term of the agreement. Please read the entire agreement before accepting terms.
